2. What are the terms and conditions of the Missing Piece Club membership?

In accordance with local laws, we have several terms in place. You can find them all here: All Policies. Joining the Missing Piece Club doesn’t create any obligations for you, and you aren’t required to buy anything to join.

3. How do I benefit from the membership, if I only buy from the warehouse store?

You can plan your purchases in the comfort of your home, and bring your shopping list with you when visiting us. In order to benefit from your birthday discount, you can place your order in the the webshop and choose “Shop pickup” as delivery method. Finally, you can join our loyal-customer events.

4. How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by getting in touch with us through our Contact page. Ending the membership means your website account will be deleted.
