1. Ordering
1.1 How Do I Order Products?
Products are added to cart, you can still edit the final order on the Cart page before moving on to Checkout, and from Cart you can go back to the Webshop to add more if you changed your mind about something.
1.2 How Do I Use Coupon Codes?
If you have a coupon code, you can enter it on the Cart or Checkout pages. If valid, the corresponding reduction in price should be visible immediately. In case of not showing correctly, please get in touch with us before placing the order, since refunds are a bit of a hassle logistically.
1.3 What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
You can choose between Visma Pay and PayPal. Please read more on our Terms & Conditions page, section B.1.1.
1.4 Do You Offer Gift Cards?
No, not yet. But they are on their way!
1.5 How Do You Handle Missing Puzzle Pieces?
We are sorry to hear you joined this unfortunate club! In the case of missing pieces of jigsaw puzzles, we view it as the manufacturer’s responsibility, since we are unable to test each product before selling it to our own customer. We encourage you to contact customer service of the manufacturer in question.
1.6 Will I Receive An Order Confirmation?
Yes, of course! Please be careful when entering the email address in the form to avoid typos, since what you add is where the email will be sent. Once payment is successful, this email will be sent automatically to you. Please check your spam folder in case it seems to have gone missing.
1.7 Are All Products In Stock?
No, not always (restocking is called for then). But if you can place a product to cart and proceed to buy it, unless there is an unfortunate inventory error, you can expect to have it shipped right away.
2. Delivery
2.1 Where Do You Deliver Orders?
We ship physical products to all countries within the European Union.
2.2 What Shipping Services Do You Use?
Our current choices are always visible to you already on the Basket page. In this moment, we partner within Finland with DBSchenker, Matkahuolto and Posti.
For other EU countries, the situation may change on short notice, and the current list is too long to list here. Please consult our Terms & Conditions page, section B.2.2.
These are choices made based on our own experiences as consumers, and competitors have been excluded based on poor service in some cases. They also reflect Nina’s experiences as an online seller of goods of another type since 2020.
2.3 How Fast Do You Ship?
We aim to process an order within 1-3 business days, which includes handing it over to your chosen courier service.
2.4 Can I Have A Tracking Code?
Yes, of course! Once the order processing is complete, you will receive another email in which the tracking code is included.
3. Returns
3.1 Can I Return Products?
The short answer is “Yes and no”. It depends on the product whether it was chosen from the no-returns Clearance category or not. In general, returns are accepted as per local law. We have an extensive returns policy on our Terms & Conditions page, section B.3., for you to consult further.
