We are changing our paper tape and would like to know your opinion on how the two test tapes have behaved in transit, and which quality you find more pleasant when the package arrives. The Tapes To Be Tested
So far, we have been using Tesa bio-paper tape and various plastic-tape rolls from our own stash before they dried out to an unusable state. However, the Tesa tape has been constantly increasing in price since we opened our shop in February 2024, so the situation is now such that we have to switch to a more affordable alternative.
We want to stick with paper tape and have ended up with two candidates at this point of the competition. There is not much difference in price, so we might as well leave the final decision to you, our customer!
To make it easier for you to tell the two tapes apart, we will call them this: Option 1 is Flower and Option 2 is Brown.
It all started when I asked for just one roll of the variety that now has flowers on it to test. It comes in both brown and floral (Magnolia), the latter of which the retailer had available to send us a roll of for our trial. My thoughts took flight as always, I remembered the Reverie keychain, and the idea for a post-test raffle popped into my head.
The Giveaway And Its Rules
The Location Of The Tape
I just packed a first order with Flower on the bottom and Brown on top.
I may not always remember to put them in this order, but the goal is to seal the ends of the box with different tapes so that they can be compared when the delivery arrives.
The Raffle Prize
Reverie Puzzles has kindly donated to us an absolutely adorable keychain that looks like a puzzle box. Inside, there are glittery puzzle pieces!
Entering The Raffle
You can enter the raffle once you have received a package containing the two tapes mentioned above. In other words, the test period will continue as long as we have floral tape left.
Enter the raffle by sending a reply to the order confirmation email you received so we can see that you have ordered the package from us during that period. In your reply, please tell us how the tapes have behaved during delivery, and which one you prefer. (If a majority enjoys Flower more, we will order it in its basic brown version later on.)
If you place an order more than once during this time, you are of course welcome to enter each time, thereby increasing your chance to win.
